Track My Order

We deliver to Ireland, Northern Ireland, & The UK. Products ordered to be delivered to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom are delivered through An Post & DPD. Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped. You can find the tracking information for your order by clicking “Track” in the Tracking Information section of the email you receive.

Exchanges & Returns

I really hope you love my new products just as much as I do. When choosing it, I was very specific about what I did and didn’t want for myself and for all my followers.

If you are, for some reason, not 100% satisfied with your purchase, there is the option of returning or exchanging the product.

If you are a customer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw your online purchase from Lisa & Co. You must notify us within 14 days. During these 14 days, you must notify us of your intention to cancel the sales contract and return the items purchased. You then have 28 days in total to return the physical goods to our warehouse.

Once your request has been received, we will provide instructions on returning your item(s). Items must then be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Fragrance: To return a bottle of fragrance, it must be in its original packaging unless there is a mechanical issue with the bottle sprayer. If that is the case, we're happy to replace the fragrance for you. 

Loungewear: Should you wish to return a loungewear set it must be within its gift box, with all original packaging and content intact. The items must be in an unused, unworn, odourless and makeup-free condition with all tags attached and intact.

Sunglasses: Should you wish to return a pair of Sunglasses, they must be within the original gift box, with all original packaging and content totally intact. The items must be in an unused, unworn, and scratch free with all tags attached and intact.

You must notify us within 14 days. During these 14 days, you must notify us of your intention to cancel the sales contract and return the items purchased. You then have 28 days in total to return the physical goods to our warehouse. 

Refunds will not be issued unless your return includes your original order number. Your Order Number is required to track your original order to allow us to process your refund. Please note, we allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed, from the day it is received back in our warehouse.

Exchange:

  1. We are happy to offer a full exchange within a 14 day period. After 14 days we are not in a position to refund or exchange.
  2. Your original order number is required for an exchange.
  3. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed with all tags still attached. Garments soiled with makeup, deodorant etc. will not be accepted.
  4. Exchanges are only available for like items, eg sweatshirts for sweatshirts and lounge sets for lounge sets.
  5. We will try our best to exchange the garment as requested, however if the garment is out of stock, we will refund you the cost.
  6. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method. If this is a gifted item the refund will go to the purchaser.
  7. Please fill out the exchange form here and include it with the returned package.

To return or exchange your parcel from ROI, please use the following online system by clicking here. 

For countries outside the ROI, including Northern Ireland, please return via the Post Office. Please be sure to track the parcel to guarantee safe delivery.

If my products arrived to you in any way damaged or faulty, we will be more than happy to do a full refund.

Refunds in general can take up to 14 working days to process. The refund will be made to the card used at the point of sale. Management reserves the right to refund any transaction that they feel may have been processed fraudulently through the system. These can include, but are not limited to, hacking or external interference.
